default TZ for openvz containers

Hi, guys

The containers packaged with OpenNode come with a default timezone of MSK. It is not an obvious choice, actually :) Perhaps this configuration item could be set during the setup phase (e.g. in a menu?)? Or at least could default to the localtime?
